Senior (15+)
3on3's

3on3 for adults (15+). Turn up with a team of 3, or as an individual. All abilities, and any gender, welcome to this high tempo, friendly…but competitive…session. There is also a coach at each session that will gladly help you work on your game, but only if you want them too…they won’t be pushy.

Pay as yo play on the day £5 (card payment only).

 

Session time/location: Mondays 7.15pm - 8.30pm @CCHS.

Cannons 3on3 rules are pretty straightforward:

  • 12 second shot clock

  • 4 minute games

  • 2pts outside the arc

  • 1pt inside the arc

  • Shooting foul = 1pt. All other fouls check ball and continue.

  • No break after scoring, the ball is live

  • Game tied?…first to 2pts wins.
